Shopping with BirdDots

These terms apply to orders placed at shopbirddots.com. Before placing an order, review the selected kit, its price, shipping details, and return policy. Product prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and the order total are shown in Shopify checkout before you pay.

Orders

An order is placed when checkout confirms it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unavailable item.

Shipping and returns

BirdDots ships to U.S. addresses by USPS with free outbound shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–5 days from the date you order, not a guaranteed arrival date. Read our shipping policy for details.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, including for an opened or used kit. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Read our return and refund policy for the process.

Illustrations on this website are labeled and are not photographs of actual stock or installation instructions. Read the product details and the instructions supplied with your kit before applying it. We do not claim a product-specific certified result or guarantee that every bird strike will be prevented.
