You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Opened and used BirdDots kits are eligible.
Free return shipping
Contact us through the BirdDots contact page with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label at no cost. Please do not send a package to the address on your original shipping label or to any address before receiving our instructions.
