Refund policy

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your BirdDots order is delivered. Opened and used BirdDots kits are eligible. Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase.

Free return shipping

Contact us through our contact page to start a return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Do not send a package to the address on your original shipping label or to any address before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the same form as soon as you can. We will help resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive the return and review it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
